Finance and Billing Information

The first thing you might have experienced when you research the cost of life coaching or a therapy session was possibly shock, disbelief, and maybe even a bit hopeless wondering how can you afford it? I remember I felt that way when I began seeking help myself, I had that reaction. So, to put your mind at ease, I've recorded two short videos explaining EXACTLY how much you'll be expected to pay at the end of each session, and EXACTLY how much it will cost you overall. If at the end of these two videos you still have questions, I happily offer free 30 minute consultations so you can ask any questions you have to me directly. I promise you, it's not as scary as you think :)

Life Coaching & Therapy WITHOUT

Insurance or The "Cash Pay" Way

This method is the most widely accepted and readily available. This is an agreement between you and I on how to assign and receive payment directly, without having to go through insurance companies. The cost per session is listed out for each session. If you have questions on exactly how billing is handled, watch the video above, and then feel free to sign up for a free 30 minute consultation with any remaining inquiries :)

Since the word has gotten out about my personal business, some have been asking how they can donate to keep it going, or my favorite question, "Can I buy like 5 sessions for my (insert loved one here) since they can't afford it?" The answer is YES. YOU. CAN. DONATE! and it's as easy as sending your donation to any of the QR codes above. Feel free to donate anonymously, or with a specific person in mind, and I'll make it a reality!

WITH Insurance

"The Superbill"

!!!CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE!!!

This method is the most widely used, but not always the most available. Therapist are required by law to post the cost of each service per federal insurance guidelines. This is an agreement between you, your insurance company, and I on how to assign and receive payment for therapy services. Reimbursement for those costs revolves around specific diagnostic codes accepted by your insurance company, and may or may not require a psychological diagnosis before they are willing to send any money, and it is also up to the insurance company alone on how much or even IF they are willing to pay. Additionally, insurance companies sometimes reimburse differently for a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor than a Fully Licensed Professional Counselor, even though the service itself is identical. And since every insurance company has different rules and availability that change on a regular basis, including whether or not to send compensation at all, I'm not utilizing insurance at this time. When I become fully licensed and credentialed with the various insurance companies, I will begin taking insurance at that time.

I'm learning how to utilize a tool called a Superbill, which is a way you can seek reimbursement from your insurance company yourself for therapy services provided. If you have questions on exactly how that will potentially work one day, watch the video above, and feel free to sign up for a free 30 minute consultation with any remaining inquiries :)
